Special Blonde (12-series)

Features:

• 4-5 levels of lightening
• Reliable neutralization
• To be used on initial shade 6 and lighter
• IGORA ROYAL Oil Developer:
• 9% (up to 4 levels of lightening).
• 12% (up to 5 levels of lightening)

- Mixing ratio: 1:2 (colour cream : oil developer)

- Application time: 30-45 minutes

Choose your focus:

Maximum brightening or optimal neutralization - choose the lighter coloring shade that suits you best. The strongest neutralization is achieved with the 12-2, followed by the 12-1. To dilute the neutralization or for pure lightening performance, use the 12-0.

Expert tips for lighter dyes:

Apply color in small sections and saturate hair with a generous amount of color. When using cooler shades, an area 2 inches from the hairline should be left clear for the first application. Only at the end should a neutralizing shade be applied to this area to avoid over-pigmentation. Leave the colour applied first on for up to 15 minutes, then continue with the application to the roots area and leave on for a further 30 minutes.
