Application: Spray into towel-dried hair. For voluminous hair and strong hold, use Superstar Blow-Dry Lotion afterwards. Spray all over hair to create volume. Can also be used as a leave-in lifter. Then apply the Superstar Blow-Dry Lotion to achieve an even stronger hold. Can be used in both wet and dry hair.
