Application

Clean your teeth as usual. Remove the protective foil from the strips and stick the larger strip on the upper teeth and press well. Repeat with the smaller strip for the lower teeth. Attention: the adhesive side of the strip always comes on the teeth! Leave the strips on your teeth for 30-60 minutes for best results. After the strips are on, you can easily remove them and rinse your mouth.
