The Color Touch Emulsion 1.9% activates and develops almost all Color Touch colorations, it ensures flawless results and should only be mixed with Color Touch Colors, Color Touch Plus and Color Touch Special Mix. The color result is even and the mixing is easy, thanks to the creamy consistency.

Tip
Coloured hair requires special care, try Brilliance Shampoo Fine or thick to keep the colour brilliance of coloured hair and always have soft hair.
