Application

Step 1: Wash feet and towel dry.
Step 2: Carefully remove the socks from the bag and cut them apart. Carefully separate out the serum-filled inner felt before putting on the socks.
Step 3: Close the socks at the ankle with the stickers. This will make the sock fit snugly and promote the sauna effect. For the best result.
Step 4: Wear the socks for at least 60 minutes, but no longer than 90 minutes. Take the socks off again and throw them away.
Step 5: Rinse the feet thoroughly with warm water and towel dry."
