This blonding powder is suitable for all hair types.
Application
Mix the desired amount of powder with the BLONDME Premium Care Developer 2%, 6%, 9% or 12% until an even, creamy consistency is achieved. The mixing ratio varies from 1:1.5 to 1:2.5, (e.g. 35g Premium Brightener 7+ with 50-90g Premium Care Developer).
