How to use
Preparation: Clean your eye area thoroughly.
Mix: Mix 2cm RefectoCil Blonde Brow with 20-25 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant 3% Cream for at least 2 minutes to form a creamy paste.
Application: Apply evenly to the eyebrows.
Application time: depending on the desired lightening. 5 minutes = lightening by one level. 12 minutes = lightening by two levels. 20 minutes = lightening by three levels.
Removal: Gently remove with clear water and a cotton pad.
