Application of Olaplex No. 0 and No. 3

First, apply No. 0 to dry hair until all hair is moisturized. Then leave the Olaplex No. 0 on for 10 minutes. Do not rinse! After these 10 minutes, apply Olaplex No. 3 to the hair treated with No. 0. Leave this on for *at least* 10 minutes, but you can also leave it on longer, depending on how stressed and damaged your hair is.
For an even better result, we recommend washing your hair with Olaplex Shampoo No. 4 and finishing with Olaplex Conditioner No. 5. For post-wash care, we recommend Bond Smoother No. 6 and Sealing Hair Oil No. 7. Use No. 8 Bond Intense Moisture Mask 1-2 times a week to deeply nourish your hair.

We recommend using the triple system once a week for normal hair. For visibly damaged hair, we recommend using the treatment two to three times a week. You can also use the hair mask 1-2 times a week after shampooing.
