The C21 technology is a protective outer layer and consists of 21 hydrocarbons, also called proteolipids, which are a combination of proteins and fatty acids. Broken and damaged hair loses this protective layer. C21 Technolige restores the C21 lipid chains, which is more than the previous C18 lipid chains, restoring the original cuticle layer and giving your hair back its shine, combability and elasticity.
