Swiss Veronica Actives: 21 test persons of Caucasian skin types participated in the study. The age distribution was between 50 and 67 years. The product was used daily. The total area of age spots was reduced by approximately 14.2% within 14 days. After 84 days the area of age spots was reduced by approx. 21.2%. The contour contrast, i.e. the colour difference between the inside of an age spot and the area immediately adjacent to the edge of an age spot was reduced by approx. 5% after 56 days and by approx. 13.5% after 84 days.
